Responsibility
- Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize profitability and market share in the APAC region.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align revenue goals with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Lead pricing strategies and promotions to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies across all APAC markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize revenue processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful revenue strategies in the APAC region.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards in the APAC region.
- Experience with CRM and financial management software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
