Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end process of managing Requests for Information (RFI) from regulatory bodies and financial institutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial transactions to identify potential risks or suspicious activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management, to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Develop and implement best practices for RFI handling to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on trends in financial crime to support proactive risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide training and guidance to junior analysts on RFI procedures and compliance requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global financial regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on RFI outcomes and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial crime prevention, compliance, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of RFI processes and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in financial crime detection tools and data analysis software.
- Certification in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or related fields is a plus.
