As the BIK Product Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance product visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, and regional stakeholders, to ensure our built-in kitchen solutions meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.
Based in the vibrant regions of Bali, this role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to shape the future of kitchen technology in Southeast Asia.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies for Panasonic's Built-in Kitchen product line.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to refine product features and positioning.
- Create compelling marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and experiential activations.
- Manage product launches, promotions, and trade shows to drive brand awareness.
- Analyze sales performance and market feedback to optimize marketing strategies.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and industry partners.
- Train and support sales teams with product knowledge and marketing tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in consumer electronics or kitchen appliances.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the Southeast Asian market is a plus.
