Responsibility
- Evaluate global business unit product launches and assess their relevance to the APAC region in collaboration with Market Managers.
- Develop and execute regional marketing communication strategies, including digital campaigns, content creation, and multi-channel distribution.
- Optimize digital touchpoints (website, social media, email, and paid advertising) to enhance brand visibility and engagement across APAC markets.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support regional marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or a similar role, with a focus on regional or global campaigns.
- Proven track record in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of APAC markets, cultural nuances, and consumer behavior.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional APAC languages is a plus.
- Ability to work remotely and manage projects across multiple time zones.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
