Responsibility
- Develop and execute a regional strategy to expand the priority banking client base in Bali, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of relationship managers and financial advisors to achieve sales targets and service excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring personalized financial solutions and exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., investment, credit, and digital banking) to create integrated financial products tailored to priority clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for product innovation and service enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance the client experience and operational efficiency.
- Represent Hong Leong Bank at industry events, networking functions, and client engagements to strengthen brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in banking, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within priority/private banking or wealth management.
- Proven track record of acquiring and retaining high-net-worth clients, with a strong network in Bali or Southeast Asia.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, including investments, lending, insurance, and estate planning.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire teams and build client trust.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to drive business growth and operational improvements.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is advantageous.
- Familiarity with digital banking tools and CRM systems to enhance client engagement and service delivery.
