Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the financial operations of the regional group, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with local and international financial standards.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Manage regional financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to align with business objectives and market conditions.
- Direct treasury management, including cash flow optimization, liquidity management, and investment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with taxation laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards across all regional operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify financial risks, opportunities, and areas for cost optimization.
- Mentor and develop finance teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Finance Director, CFO, or equivalent).
- Proven track record in regional financial management, including reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and treasury operations.
- Strong expertise in taxation, compliance, and corporate governance, with experience in multi-jurisdictional environments.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into business insights.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in the food industry or a related sector is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other regional languages is an advantage.
