Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets within the Jabodetabek region, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop outlet managers and their teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on exceptional service and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and operational costs to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all assigned locations, maintaining a safe and clean environment for both staff and customers.
  • Implement and uphold quality control standards for food preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring a consistent and outstanding customer experience.
  • Manage employee scheduling, training programs, and performance reviews, addressing any operational or personnel challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the central management team on marketing initiatives, new product launches, and operational improvements to drive regional growth.
  • Conduct regular site visits and audits to assess operational efficiency, identify training needs, and ensure brand consistency across all outlets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management, with at least 2-3 years in a multi-unit or regional supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and team-building skills, with a proven ability to motivate, train, and develop staff at various levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, including inventory management, cost control, quality assurance, and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex situations and diverse teams.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and financial reports, with experience in implementing strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with local health and safety regulations pertinent to the F&B industry in Indonesia.
