Responsibility

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring daily operational projects.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, reports, and administrative files accurately.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Conduct site visits and field audits to verify operational standards and compliance.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and presentations for management review.
  • Facilitate communication between vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or project-related roles, preferably in F&B or Retail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel to project locations within the Kutai Kartanegara area.
