As the Branch Collection Head, you will oversee the end-to-end collection process, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards while driving performance metrics. Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies, leverage cutting-edge fintech tools, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of collection officers to achieve monthly recovery targets and KPIs.
- Develop and execute strategic collection plans tailored to branch-specific portfolios.
- Monitor and analyze delinquency trends, implementing corrective actions to reduce non-performing loans (NPLs).
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical collection practices.
- Collaborate with risk management, sales, and customer service teams to align collection strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management with actionable insights.
- Leverage data analytics and CRM tools to optimize collection workflows and improve efficiency.
- Conduct training and coaching sessions to enhance team productivity and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit collection, debt recovery, or financial operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding collection targets in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations (OJK, BI) and collection best practices.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and Kalimantan as required.
