Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize operational, financial, and strategic risks through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Collaborate with department heads to design and enforce risk mitigation strategies and internal controls.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Prepare comprehensive risk reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key exposures and recommendations.
- Stay updated on emerging risks, regulatory changes, and industry trends to proactively adjust risk management policies.
- Lead training sessions to foster a risk-aware culture across the organization.
- Support the integration of risk management systems and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably within the financial services or banking sector.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) principles and frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000).
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into strategic risk mitigation plans.
- Proficiency in risk assessment tools (e.g., @Risk, SAS, Excel advanced modeling) and reporting software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
- Certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager), PRM, or CFA are a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
