Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple Pickup Coffee locations in Bali, ensuring consistency in product quality, service standards, and brand representation.
  • Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand loyalty.
  • Lead, mentor, and train store managers and staff to foster a high-performance culture and ensure alignment with company values.
  • Monitor financial performance, including P&L statements, budget adherence, and cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitive opportunities, and areas for expansion or improvement.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of inventory and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards across all locations in compliance with local regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, vendors, and community stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, F&B, or coffee industry management, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and team development in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with teams, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscape is highly advantageous.
  • Passion for coffee culture, trends, and customer experience innovation.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
