Responsibility
- Portfolio Leadership: Oversee a diverse portfolio of industrial properties, ensuring optimal performance, tenant satisfaction, and financial growth.
- Strategic Alliances: Develop and maintain high-value partnerships with investors, developers, and corporate clients to expand CBRE’s market presence.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of property managers, analysts, and support staff to achieve KPIs and operational targets.
- Financial Oversight: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the portfolio, identifying cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the industrial real estate sector across Southeast Asia.
- Lease Negotiations: Spearhead lease agreements, renewals, and tenant relations to maximize occupancy and minimize vacancies.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all properties adhere to local regulations, safety standards, and CBRE’s global policies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between CBRE, property owners, tenants, and government entities to foster long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 10 years in industrial real estate, property management, or alliance development, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of logistics, warehousing, manufacturing facilities, and industrial asset classes.
- Financial Acumen: Strong background in P&L management, budgeting, and financial modeling for large-scale portfolios.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Negotiation Mastery: Exceptional skills in contract negotiations, lease structuring, and conflict resolution.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data-driven decision-making using tools like Argus, Yardi, or Excel.
- Communication: Fluent in English (mandatory); additional Southeast Asian languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or RICS certification preferred.
