Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities in Bali’s dynamic job market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging job opportunities in Bali’s key industries (tourism, hospitality, tech, and more).
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to placement and onboarding.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking events to attract top talent and expand your candidate pool.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on labor laws, recruitment best practices, and industry developments in Indonesia.
Qualifications
- No prior recruitment experience required – full training provided for motivated individuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of sales, customer service, or HR principles is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed) and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and recruitment strategies.
