Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent for client organizations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, including networking, job boards, and social media.
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including skills evaluations, reference checks, and background verifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure successful placements.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field (prior recruitment experience is a plus but not required).
