Responsibility
- Oversee and enforce standard receiving procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality control.
- Lead, train, and mentor receiving team members to maintain high productivity and adherence to protocols.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes for quantity and condition.
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouse staff, and inventory teams to resolve discrepancies or delays.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all received goods using digital or manual systems.
- Implement and monitor KPIs for receiving performance, including turnaround time and error rates.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all receiving operations.
- Optimize workspace layout and workflows to enhance efficiency in the receiving area.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage operational workflows in a retail or logistics environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle discrepancies and operational challenges.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors, team members, and management.
- Knowledge of retail best practices, quality control, and supply chain logistics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
