Responsibility
- Analyze real estate market data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop and present insightful reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark PropertyGuru’s position in the market.
- Design and implement data collection methodologies to enhance intelligence gathering.
- Create compelling visualizations and narratives to communicate complex data simply.
- Monitor macroeconomic and microeconomic factors impacting the real estate sector.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, market research, or business intelligence, preferably in real estate.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytical software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics is a plus.
- Familiarity with real estate markets in Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
