Responsibility
- Manage and maintain real estate databases, ensuring 100% data integrity and accuracy.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting dashboards to support business stakeholders.
- Streamline and automate recurring data entry and manual processing tasks to enhance team productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve application-related issues and system bugs.
- Conduct regular data audits and perform data cleaning activities across key real estate platforms.
- Translate complex data sets into actionable business intelligence insights.
- Maintain documentation for system workflows, application configurations, and data protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, application support, or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with real estate software platforms and CRM tools is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively translate technical findings to non-technical teams.
