Responsibility
- Ensure compliance with R.A. 9266 and other relevant regulations within the organization.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events for special committees.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of committee activities and decisions.
- Act as a liaison between committees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve committee efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and evaluate committee performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on changes in architectural laws and regulations, ensuring organizational compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in committee coordination, governance, or compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of R.A. 9266 and other architectural regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
