Responsibility
- Lead the setup and management of a quality laboratory for specialty chemicals manufacturing.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures, standards, and protocols.

- Train, mentor, and supervise quality assurance team members.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications
