Responsibility
- Conduct systematic inspection of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and testing equipment to verify product dimensions and durability.
- Document all inspection results accurately in the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Identify, record, and report non-conformities to the supervisor and assist in root cause analysis.
- Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and calibration of quality inspection tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of QC tools (Pareto, Fishbone, Histogram, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and understanding product specifications.
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent observational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shifts if necessary.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite) for reporting purposes.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality culture.
