Responsibility
- Develop, standardize, and update QFSMS manuals, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, and other relevant standards.
- Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality and food safety protocols.
- Lead and train employees on QFSMS policies, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to integrate quality control measures into all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to mitigate risks.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in quality management and food safety.
- Represent the company during external audits and certifications, ensuring successful compliance and accreditation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of QFSMS standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems and conducting internal audits.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively train and mentor teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Lead Auditor, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
