Responsibility
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished food products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform daily monitoring of production processes to identify potential contamination or deviations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all quality checks and testing results.
- Ensure that all production staff adhere to food safety protocols, hygiene practices, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Collect and prepare product samples for laboratory analysis or sensory evaluation.
- Report any product non-conformance immediately to the production supervisor and suggest corrective actions.
- Participate in periodic audits and assist in maintaining documentation for food safety certifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of food safety standards, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using basic laboratory or inspection tools.
- Ability to work in shifts and maintain physical stamina for production floor duties.
- Disciplined, honest, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
