Responsibility
- Maintain and update QC documentation, including inspection reports, test logs, and compliance records.
- Assist in coordinating quality audits and ensuring adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Process and verify data from production lines, flagging discrepancies for review.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, management) to streamline QC workflows.
- Prepare weekly/monthly QC performance reports for stakeholders.
- Manage filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of QC-related documents.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in administrative processes.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing or QC environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with QC software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work independently.
- Knowledge of basic quality control principles (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is advantageous.
