Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain detailed discrepancy reports to identify and address quality issues.
- Develop and submit Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) reports to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage and maintain inventories of retention samples, product rejects, and principal samples.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancement.
- Provide training and support to production teams on quality control processes and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality management systems.
- Proficient in preparing and analyzing quality reports and documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with audit processes and implementing corrective actions.
- Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is a plus.
