Responsibility
- Conduct thorough testing of lending software and financial systems to identify defects and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics, providing insights to improve processes and reduce risks.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies in all lending and financial transactions.
- Document test results, defects, and resolutions in a clear and organized manner.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of QA processes.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of lending processes, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in test management tools and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
