Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of quality inspectors to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports and non-conformance records.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Train and mentor quality control staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a quality control or supervision role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
