Responsibility
- Execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and usability.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to reproduce and resolve issues efficiently.
- Design and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test data for new and existing features.
- Perform regression testing to ensure software updates do not introduce new defects.
- Analyze test results and provide clear, actionable feedback to stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing, QA, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL, API testing, and performance testing tools (e.g., Postman, LoadRunner).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
