Responsibility
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the digitalization team to implement new technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems for employees and clients.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security protocols are followed.
- Support the deployment of software updates and system upgrades.
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate records of technical issues.
- Assist in training staff on new IT tools and best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and data protection measures.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Bali-based or willing to relocate (preferred).
