Responsibility
- Assist in the administration of building compliance and ensure adherence to local regulations and standards.
- Process and track necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for construction and development projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance documentation, inspections, and audits.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Conduct regular quality checks on administrative processes to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on compliance status, permit processing, and quality control findings for management review.
- Support the QA/QC team in implementing best practices for document control and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in organizing and archiving project-related documents for easy retrieval and reference.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, compliance, or quality assurance roles.
- Strong understanding of building regulations, permit processes, and compliance requirements (experience in Indonesia is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal); Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in QA/QC or administration is a plus.
