Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and order fulfillment.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies for raw materials and packaging supplies without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with the production and warehouse teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
- Evaluate and monitor vendor performance through regular audits and performance reviews.
- Maintain and update procurement records, databases, and supply chain documentation.
- Resolve supply chain issues, such as delivery delays or quality discrepancies, in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze market trends to forecast price fluctuations and adjust procurement plans accordingly.
- Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies, food safety standards, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the bakery or FMCG/food manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents) and MS Office suite (especially Excel).
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost reduction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with suppliers.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Deep understanding of inventory management, supply chain logistics, and raw material procurement.
- Willingness to be based in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat.
