Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality raw materials at competitive prices.
- Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely procurement of materials to meet production schedules.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply chains.
- Monitor market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with production, finance, and logistics teams to align procurement activities with business needs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations and implement improvements where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
