Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily packing operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor product quality during the packing process, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Manage and allocate packing materials, tools, and equipment to support uninterrupted workflow.
- Lead and motivate a team of packing staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness in the packing area, adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to optimize packing processes and resolve operational challenges.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on packing performance, productivity, and quality metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in packing, logistics, or manufacturing operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of packing processes, quality control, and inventory management.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP systems) for reporting and data entry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, as required by production schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or manufacturing is a plus.
