Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisition, sourcing, and purchase order issuance.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to optimize procurement costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new potential suppliers and verify credentials.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, expenditure, and supplier performance for management.
- Ensure all procurement documentation is accurate, compliant, and well-organized for auditing purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement-related role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and inventory control principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
