Responsibility

  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and vendor communications efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain and update procurement records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate terms, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage inventory levels and assist in forecasting supply needs to prevent shortages.
  • Prepare and distribute administrative reports, including expense tracking and budget summaries.
  • Assist in office management tasks, such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely procurement and administrative support.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and basic accounting principles is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
