Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic public relations campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Write, edit, and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to local and international media outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders in Bali and beyond.
- Organize and manage press conferences, media events, and product launches to maximize media coverage.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate potential PR risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, social media, and events, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage crisis communications when necessary.
- Track and report on PR metrics, including media impressions, sentiment analysis, and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of securing media placements and managing successful PR campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong media relations skills with a network of contacts in Bali and Indonesiaâs media landscape.
- Experience in event management, including planning, coordination, and execution of press events.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for storytelling.
