Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders to secure high-impact coverage.
- Create engaging press releases, media kits, and pitch materials tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze media trends, providing insights and recommendations to enhance client visibility.
- Organize and manage press conferences, media interviews, and corporate events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and digital, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Track and report on PR campaign performance using relevant metrics and KPIs.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of PR processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of securing media placements and managing successful PR campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with media and clients.
- Proficiency in PR tools and platforms (e.g., Meltwater, Cision, or similar).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
