Responsibility
- Develop and execute earned-media strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation in Bali and beyond.
- Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership articles to secure coverage in top-tier local, national, and international outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to amplify brand messaging.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze PR performance using metrics to refine strategies and report on ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to align PR efforts with broader campaigns and ensure consistent branding.
- Organize and manage press conferences, media interviews, and brand events to showcase Lunch Actuallyâs expertise.
- Craft crisis communication plans and serve as the primary spokesperson during sensitive situations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify PR opportunities and threats.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or media relations, preferably in the lifestyle, dating, or service industry.
- Proven track record of securing media placements in reputable outlets (print, digital, broadcast).
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Strong media network and relationships with journalists and influencers in Indonesia (Bali focus is a plus).
- Experience in crisis management and reputation repair.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
