Responsibility
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces, to the highest standards.
- Ensure timely replenishment of amenities such as towels, toiletries, and informational materials in designated areas.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the management team.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests, including directions, recommendations, and general inquiries.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to create a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces for conferences, weddings, or special occasions as needed.
- Uphold the brand’s service standards and contribute to a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and organizational standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts, to meet operational needs.
- Basic understanding of English; additional languages are a plus.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond for guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism industry or local culture is an advantage.
