Based in Bali’s dynamic regions—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll lead factory visits, community outreach programs, and high-impact public affairs campaigns. Your work will amplify Ajinomoto’s commitment to sustainability, ethical business practices, and social responsibility while aligning with Indonesia’s cultural and economic landscape.
If you’re a passionate communicator with a knack for building relationships and a desire to make a tangible difference, this role offers the perfect blend of strategy, creativity, and on-the-ground execution.

- Factory Visit Coordination: Organize and lead factory tours for stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience that highlights our operational excellence and sustainability efforts.
- Public Relations: Craft press releases, speeches, and communications materials to effectively convey Ajinomoto’s mission, achievements, and community contributions.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute public engagement events, workshops, and seminars to foster dialogue and collaboration with key audiences.
- Issue Monitoring: Track and analyze public sentiment, policy changes, and industry trends to proactively address potential reputational risks.
- Reporting & Metrics: Measure and report on the impact of public affairs activities, using data to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, HR, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all external communications.
