Responsibility
- Develop and implement credit marketing strategies to attract and retain clients in Bali’s competitive market.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for credit product promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including businesses and individuals, to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to design targeted campaigns and promotional materials for credit products.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all credit marketing activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to credit products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to position PT Mitra Solusi Lelang as a leader in financial solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or credit-related roles, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of credit products, financial services, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, CRM software).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and cultural nuances is a plus.
