Responsibility
- Manage and maintain administrative records, documentation, and databases for property and retail operations.
- Coordinate with property managers, retail teams, and vendors to ensure seamless workflow and compliance with policies.
- Prepare and process invoices, contracts, and financial reports in accordance with company standards.
- Handle tenant and client inquiries, lease agreements, and service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management, procurement, and logistics for retail and property-related supplies.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits for stakeholders and management.
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Support marketing and promotional activities for retail spaces and property listings as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles within property management, retail, or real estate sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and administrative software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI) or retail POS systems is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and commit to a 2-year contract.
