Responsibility
- Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of events, workshops, and community engagement programs.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, vendor management, and on-site operations to ensure flawless execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community leaders.
- Create compelling promotional materials (digital and print) to drive participation and awareness.
- Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and provide financial reports to management.
- Gather feedback and analyze post-event data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to amplify reach through social media, email campaigns, and local outreach.
- Support the development of engagement strategies tailored to Baliās multicultural audience.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination, project management, or community engagement.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and event management software.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative engagement strategies.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
- Passion for community building and a deep understanding of cultural sensitivity in diverse settings.
