Are you a high-performing sales professional with a passion for the construction and building materials industry? Mowilex Indonesia, a leader in premium paint manufacturing, is seeking a results-driven Project Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Jakarta.

In this role, you will be the face of our brand, specifically targeting high-rise buildings and large-scale repainting projects. You will be responsible for building strategic relationships with developers, contractors, and building management firms to position Mowilex as the preferred partner for architectural coating solutions. If you possess a keen eye for project opportunities and the tenacity to close high-value deals, we want to hear from you.

You will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by identifying new project leads, conducting site assessments, and delivering technical sales presentations that highlight our premium quality and sustainability standards. Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the high-rise building and commercial real estate sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key project stakeholders, including architects, developers, and property managers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and site surveys to quotation and deal negotiation.
  • Provide technical consultation to clients regarding paint specifications, coverage, and application requirements.
  • Monitor competitor activity and project trends to ensure Mowilex maintains a strong market position.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure project requirements are met with high-quality service.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for project accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials, interior design, or construction chemicals.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, specifically regarding project procurement and tender processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret building blueprints or project specifications is a significant advantage.
  • High level of professionalism with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites within the Jakarta Raya area.
