Responsibility
- Lead and manage commercial interior design projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client vision and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Manage client relationships, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to minimize delays and cost overruns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on commercial interior design.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
- Knowledge of local building codes, permits, and compliance requirements in Bali.
