Join Kingsmen, a global leader in experiential design and project management, as an Executive/Assistant Manager in Project Management for our Thematic & Museums division. This 2-year contract role is based in Bali and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to world-class cultural and immersive projects.
In this dynamic position, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact thematic and museum projects, ensuring they meet artistic, technical, and budgetary requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to bring visionary concepts to life while maintaining Kingsmenās reputation for excellence in design and execution.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for thematic and museum installations, from concept to completion.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, fabricators, and vendors to align creative vision with technical feasibility.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address project challenges proactively.
- Oversee quality control and compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and post-project evaluations to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Project Management, Architecture, Design, Museum Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in thematic attractions, museums, or experiential design.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and collaboration software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with construction, fabrication, and AV/IT integration for immersive environments.
- Ability to travel regionally as required for site visits and client meetings.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
