Responsibility
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management and clients.
- Optimize project processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices in project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a hybrid or remote work environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Microsoft Project).

- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, to align with global team schedules.
