Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for enterprise software engineering initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to align project goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and timely resolution.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development or IT projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum is a plus.
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams is advantageous.
