Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology transformation projects in capital markets and wealth management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risks to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Oversee the implementation of regulatory and compliance requirements in project solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems and processes.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients on project progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in capital markets or wealth management.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
