Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for AV and technology installations, from scoping and budgeting to execution and post-implementation review.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including risk assessments, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for AV systems, IT infrastructure, and integration protocols.
- Oversee on-site installations and testing, troubleshooting technical issues to ensure flawless deployment.
- Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates and addressing concerns proactively.
- Optimize project workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of emerging AV and technology trends to recommend innovative solutions for future projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on AV systems, IT infrastructure, or smart technology integration.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical knowledge of AV equipment (e.g., video walls, sound systems, control systems) and networking protocols.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage teams and client expectations effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for project site visits.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
