Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for AV Multimedia, Workplace Technology, and Smart Office deployments, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, vendors) to design and implement scalable AV and IoT solutions.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to align expectations and deliverables.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and installation of AV hardware/software, including video conferencing, digital signage, and automation systems.
- Monitor project KPIs, financial performance, and resource allocation, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in smart office ecosystems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., AVIXA, ISO) and local regulations for technology deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, IT, or related fields; PMP, PRINCE2, or AV certifications (e.g., CTS) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years specializing in AV Multimedia or Smart Office technologies.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technology deployments (budgets >$500K) in corporate, hospitality, or commercial environments.
- Strong technical acumen in AV systems (e.g., Crestron, AMX, Biamp), IoT platforms, and collaboration tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project) and financial software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Tagalog) are advantageous.
- Ability to travel occasionally to client sites across Southeast Asia.
